
RETURNS POLICY
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. We expect all of our products to be delivered in good condition and in good working order
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances this can not always be the case, therefore we have a returns policy in place to cover these issues.
1) If your order is lost in transit we will contact the courier to ascertain what has happened. If necessary we will despatch a replacement unit.
2) If your order is damaged please contact us to arrange the return of the item for examination. In cases of damaged goods we will arrange delivery of a replacement unit or a full refund. We will pay the return courier charge.
3) If you are unhappy with the product for aesthetic
reasons You may return any goods at any time up to 7 days after we have
delivered the goods to you. If we have delivered the goods, you must not have
used them and must have kept them in the condition as they were delivered. You
must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either case, at your
cost.
The goods must be returned to us in perfect condition as delivered, with the
original undamaged packaging. You should not write anything on the product
packaging as the product will not be in a saleable condition and you will not be
refunded.
If you are returning the goods it is recommended that you take out insurance
against damage or if the goods go missing. Please ensure you wrap the parcel up
in an outer box, this way the display or original box will not get damaged.
If you wish to return the goods more than 7 days after we have delivered them to
you, this would be at our discretion and up to a maximum of 30 days. You must
not have used the goods and must have kept them in the condition they were
delivered. You must return them to us or request us to collect them, in either
case, at your cost. There may be an additional administration charge of up to
35% of the purchase price of the goods returned. Please inspect your goods upon
arrival.
Please note that Deva and Grohe operate a strict no
returns policy on non faulty goods, Bristan charge a restocking fee of 35% of
the order value, and you should take this into account when placing your order
We will reimburse any amounts you have paid to us within 30 days of return of
the goods, having deducted any return costs and administration fee if
applicable.
We accept no liability after the products have been
installed, in this case the item falls under the manufacturers guarantee and you
