Q, How are your prices so low ?
A, Several factors, first, we buy in bulk so we can negotiate great prices with our suppliers. We pass these savings on to our customers. We are also a strictly web based business so we have no flashy showrooms to rent and no over helpful staff to pay Showermania is a wholly owned subsidiary of L B Bathrooms
Q, So do you sell end of lines and older models ?
A, Certainly not, all of our stock is brand new and the latest model.
Q, Is your payment method secure ?
A, Yes, from 1/3/2008 our payments will be handled exclusively by Google Checkout which we believe is the safest, fastest, and most convenient payment method for our customers. All stores registered with Google Checkout undertake stringent security checks before acceptance and all payments are processed on Googles secure servers. We never see our customers' financial details.
Q, What about delivery ?
A, We use national carriers such as Securicor and Parceline to deliver our products. Delivery is usually within 3 to 10 working days from us recieving your order. On rare occasions this may take a short while longer, in this case we would contact you advising of the delivery date. Please note that some items have to be delivered from the manufacturer and this can take up to 28 days
Q, Do you employer fitters ?
A, No, we do have a find a plumber link in which we show the details of quality plumbers. Any contract would be between you and the plumber and Showermania accepts no responsibility for this contract.
Q, I don't see the shower I want on your website. Can you supply other showers apart from those shown ?
A, Yes we can supply showers from all leading makers. Contact our helpline for more information
