DELIVERIES
Although we quote 5 - 14 working days on all deliveries, the vast majority of
our products are delivered within 5 - 6 working days.
Please note that certain suppliers,
especially Grohe, can take up to 28 working days to delivery as most of their
stock is held in Germany
Some larger or hard to source items may exceed these delivery times, in which
case we will email you immediately giving you the choice to wait for the item to
become available, choose an alternative item, or to cancel your order and have
your payment refunded in full.
Items such as showers, taps, etc are sent by 24 hour courier. We use the
services of Business Post / UK Mail for these deliveries.
Larger items ie bathroom suites, shower enclosures etc are delivered by a
plumbers merchant local to you.
In all cases we will email you prior to despatch to advise you of your delivery

Deliveries to most of the UK mainland are free, however charges to apply
to Northern Ireland, Highlands and islands (including Isle of Wight and Isle of
Man) and some postcodes in the North of Scotland
Delivery to the Channel Islands is weight based. Please contact us before
placing your order.
